Bookura now supports teams, not just solo providers
Bookura started as a tool for solo providers — one person, one schedule, one booking page. Over the past couple of weeks we rebuilt that assumption for shops with a full team.
Business-plan owners can now add staff under Dashboard → Team, complete with a name, title, and photo. On the public booking page, if a shop has any team members, customers get an extra step before picking a time: "Who would you like to book with?" — a simple photo grid. Pick a person, and you only see their real, individual availability, not the whole shop's combined schedule. Each team member can also get their own weekly hours from the Availability page, or just inherit the shop's default hours if they don't need anything special.
We also gave the page builder a new "Meet the team" section, so shops can show off their staff directly on their booking page, independent of the booking flow itself.
Alongside the team feature, we went through every promise on our pricing page and made sure it was actually true. A few weren't: Pro and Business customers who paid to remove Bookura branding were still seeing our footer and badge on their pages, "advanced analytics" didn't actually show anything different from the free tier, and "priority support" didn't change how tickets were queued. All three are now fixed — removing branding actually removes it, advanced analytics adds real numbers (repeat customers, average booking value, cancellation rate, busiest day), and priority tickets jump the support queue.
More to come — next up, we're scoping out support for running multiple booking pages under one Business account.
