This Privacy Policy explains how Bookura collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and product — as a provider setting up a booking page, or as a customer booking an appointment. By using Bookura, you agree to the practices described here.

From providers, we collect account information such as your name, email, and business details. From customers booking an appointment, we collect the name, email, and (optionally) phone number needed to confirm and manage that booking.

We process customer booking data on behalf of the provider whose page was used to book.

We use this information to operate Bookura: creating accounts, confirming and managing bookings, sending calendar invites, providing support, and — with your consent — occasional product updates.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run Bookura (such as our database and email infrastructure), and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, including row-level security on every table that stores personal information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

Providers may access, update, or delete their account information from Settings at any time. Customers can view, reschedule, or cancel their own booking via the secure link sent at booking time. Contact us at hello@bookura.app for anything else.
