By accessing or using Bookura, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse Bookura, including by attempting to disrupt the service, uploading unlawful content, or infringing on the rights of others.

Bookura is currently free for everyone during early access — there is no billing or paid tier yet. We'll give advance notice before introducing any paid plans.

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their availability, services, and pricing. Bookura provides the booking infrastructure but is not a party to the appointment itself.

You retain all rights to the content you and your customers submit. You grant Bookura a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookura is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes, and continued use of Bookura constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
